Zack Zatkin-Gold 61be19b1f0 Fix telegraf example arguments (#2788)
Many of the examples provided within documentation are using a single
dash for the command line arguments, but the telegraf executable
explicitly has two dashes.

There are also some inconsistencies with the ordering of the command
line argument examples.  I've ordered them so that the examples will
show: config, config-directory, input-filter, test

Raindrops Input Plugin

The raindrops plugin reads from specified raindops middleware URI and adds stats to InfluxDB.

Configuration:

# Read raindrops stats
[[inputs.raindrops]]
  urls = ["http://localhost:8080/_raindrops"]

Measurements & Fields:

  • raindrops
    • calling (integer, count)
    • writing (integer, count)
  • raindrops_listen
    • active (integer, bytes)
    • queued (integer, bytes)

Tags:

  • Raindops calling/writing of all the workers:

    • server
    • port
  • raindrops_listen (ip:port):

    • ip
    • port
  • raindrops_listen (Unix Socket):

    • socket

Example Output:

$ ./telegraf --config telegraf.conf --input-filter raindrops --test
